Do I have to schedule a walk-through?
Not at all! Most clients find it faster to simply text or upload photos of the main areas (kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces). If you prefer to skip the estimate entirely, you can book a flat 3-hour minimum block and we will prioritize your task list during that time.Are quotes necessary?
Since we bill hourly, a formal "quote" isn't strictly necessary to start. However, we highly recommend a quick photo review or walk-through so we can provide a time estimate. This helps ensure we allocate enough time on our calendar to complete your home to our "White Glove" standard.Do you have a minimum service time?
